Because our project engineers are involved in projects from concept development through to construction and commissioning, they place a strong emphasis on practicality. They can add significant value by taking a holistic approach to the entire project and ensuring constructability issues are dealt with during the design phase. Lessons learned in the field are routinely captured and incorporated into future designs.
Procurement
Our procurement team has a typical spend of over $40M a year and offers a full service supported by a single point of data-entry materials management system. Our team of buyers makes the most of our considerable market intelligence and buying power, keeping up to date with the best global sources for materials and equipment. Our expeditors, logistics and inspection specialists ensure that the right goods are delivered to the right place at the right time.

Our construction teams are staffed with fully trained and motivated supervisors and competent and flexible trades people. We apply consistent HSE, planning, industrial relations, quality assurance, execution, recording and invoicing processes across all of our construction activities.
