CEO: Pat Hills
As CEO of Transfield Worley Ltd, Pat leads a strong, diverse and
successful engineering organisation of over 800 professional engineers, technical
specialists, trades people, and subcontractors. Pat's priorities are to support
and advance Transfield Worley's long-term client relationships while also driving
the pursuit of new business opportunities.
Pat brings more than 27 years' experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery
and electrical generation industries, including 18 years within Transfield Worley
and WorleyParsons internationally. Pat's senior leadership experience within Transfield
Worley and his knowledge of the New Zealand business environment gives him a unique
insight into how the organisation can continue to grow and develop, and play a key
role in supporting New Zealand industry well into the future.
Pat has an open and engaging leadership style with a strong focus on promoting and
sustaining Transfield Worley's vision and values and delivering outstanding performance
for our clients.

General Manager - National Operations: Trevor Kernohan
Trevor is responsible for the development and implementation of services to customers
with multiple facilities across a number of regions in New Zealand. His understanding
of customers' needs and his intimate knowledge of the broad range of services that
Transfield Worley can offer allow him and his team to tailor and deliver solutions
that make a real difference to customer organisations.
"My key focus is on making sure we understand our customer's and potential customer's
needs, and that we tailor our approach to suit them. Getting this right means we
can get the best result for the customer across a spread of services that is appropriate
for them; that way, when we successfully give customers what we have promised we
also deliver real value."
Trevor has diverse experience gained over a twenty year period in project and contract
management in the oil and gas (onshore and offshore), petrochemical, forestry and
power generation industries. His international experience includes Australia, the
United Kingdom, Western Europe and Scandinavia.
Regional General Manager - West: Colin Fromont
Colin is responsible for developing business and delivering services in and around
Taranaki, and takes in responsibility for some of Transfield Worley's largest and
longest running contracts. His experience in engineering design, engineering management
and project management has given him a thorough understanding of contracting issues;
his ability to see issues from the customer's perspective ensures that he takes
a helpful, pragmatic and fit-for purpose approach to issues.

companies in New Zealand and demonstrates the confidence we have in our ability
to deliver on our commitments. The fact that 70% of our business comes from long
term relationships shows that our clients share that confidence."
Colin has built up over 20 years' experience in a diverse range of industries, including
food processing, dairy, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, water treatment and construction
industries.
Regional General Manager - South: Mike Finlayson
Mike is responsible for project delivery and engineering services for our clients
in the South Island and eastern and central regions of the North Island. He is also
tasked with pursuing emerging business opportunities within this diverse and dynamic
region.
Since joining Transfield Worley in 2000, Mike has been at the forefront of implementing
our business diversification strategy. From our first regional office, opened in
2001, he has successfully executed projects in a variety of process industries,
including wine, dairy, fertiliser and energy.

right projects and then executing them well. As we diversify into new areas we are
passionate about taking this rigour and discipline with us. We want our clients
in all sectors to get the best possible results from their projects and assets."
Mike brings to the role almost 20 years of engineering experience - from his early
career in the structural design of offshore oil and gas facilities to more recent
roles in project management and construction. Over his career, he has developed
a keen interest in architecture and aesthetics as well as the development and implementation
of alternative energy.
Regional General Manager - North: Stuart Mockett
Stuart's regional general manager role involves responsibility for contract management,
project delivery and engineering services as well as capturing new business opportunities
in the North Island from Huntly to Northland.
With a focus on operations, asset management and engineering, Stuart brings a wealth
of experience and best practice from multinationals and fast paced, high pressure
environments. In leading large-scale maintenance and operations teams, he has built
a track record of delivering tangible improvements in safety performance, service
delivery and reducing costs.

Stuart's 18 years of experience in technical and leadership roles has been split
between New Zealand and the United Kingdom and spread across a range of sectors,
including pulp and paper, pharmaceuticals, FMCG and infrastructure.
General Manager - Projects: Mark Hatch
Transfield Worley offers a complete project delivery service - spanning the asset
lifecycle from the initial concept phase of major greenfield developments to ongoing
asset services and brownfield modifications projects. As the head of our projects
group, Mark is accountable for project quality, timeliness and resourcing.
Mark leads a team of world class project managers, project engineers, construction
engineers, procurement specialists and project controls engineers and ensures that
they are equipped with state-of-the-art project management systems. Mark's team
works across a full spectrum of New Zealand industry - from energy industries, including
oil and gas (onshore, offshore and sub sea); petrochemicals; power; and cement;
to wine; dairy; food processing; manufacturing; and water treatment.

Mark draws on a solid background in large scale design, construction, contracting
and Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) project management, with over 25 years' experience
in the oil and gas and petrochemicals industries. This depth of experience allows
him to take a strategic yet pragmatic approach to the governance of major projects.
General Manager - Engineering: Stuart Dykes
Stuart is responsible for Transfield Worley's engineering division. He heads the
company's diverse team of over 200 skilled engineers and designers who provide both
crucial technical solutions to our customers and design deliverables to support
our project execution services.
Stuart's primary focus is ensuring that the engineering team have the right capability
to meet an ever-evolving range of customer requirements covering industry sectors
that range from power generation to winemaking. This means working closely with
our customers to fully understand their expectations and ways of working to deliver
exceptional, fit-for-purpose solutions every time.
"I am interested in promoting and nurturing innovation within the engineering team;
both in terms of the technology that we use and the way it is deployed to consistently
deliver outstanding results to our customers. We must continually invest - first
and foremost in our people - as well as our technology and our approach to doing
things, in order that we maintain Transfield Worley at the forefront of engineering
in New Zealand. "
Stuart brings to the role almost 20 years of experience in technical and leadership
roles in both the oil and gas, and food and beverage sectors. Over his career, he
has developed a keen interest in the application of science and technology to solve
problems.
General Manager - Strategy & Business Development: Duncan Smith
Duncan is responsible for Transfield Worley's strategic and business development
processes. He oversees our corporate strategy, expanding the range of services we
offer to meet our clients' needs and ensures that the systems operated by the company
effectively support our operational requirements.
Since joining Transfield Worley in 2002, Duncan has successfully operated in a variety
of leadership roles across the business - on long-term services contracts, major
projects and in branch operations.

Duncan brings almost twenty years of experience from across a range of industries
including chemicals, petrochemicals and refining. In addition to New Zealand, his
career has taken him to the UK, Europe, North America and Australia in diverse roles
from maintenance and operations, to engineering and project management.
Human Resources Manager: Andrea Smith
Andrea's focus is on ensuring Transfield Worley's human resources management strategies
and practices are aligned to the organisation's future direction. Her experience
in organisational design, change management, learning and development, and all aspects
of operational HR give her a broad breadth of skills to sustain and build our organisational
culture.

Andrea brings 14 years experience in HR roles having worked in the Dairy and Infrastructure
