CEO: Pat Hills
As CEO of Transfield Worley Ltd, Pat leads a strong, diverse and
successful engineering organisation of over 800 professional engineers, technical
specialists, trades people, and subcontractors. Pat's priorities are to support
and advance Transfield Worley's long-term client relationships while also driving
the pursuit of new business opportunities.
Pat brings more than 27 years' experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery
and electrical generation industries, including 18 years within Transfield Worley
and WorleyParsons internationally. Pat's senior leadership experience within Transfield
Worley and his knowledge of the New Zealand business environment gives him a unique
insight into how the organisation can continue to grow and develop, and play a key
role in supporting New Zealand industry well into the future.
Pat has an open and engaging leadership style with a strong focus on promoting and
sustaining Transfield Worley's vision and values and delivering outstanding performance
for our clients.
"My role is to actively promote Transfield Worley as New Zealand's leading industrial

General Manager - South: Mike Finlayson
Mike is responsible for project delivery and engineering services for our clients
in the South Island and eastern and central regions of the North Island. He is also
tasked with pursuing emerging business opportunities within this diverse and dynamic
region.
Since joining Transfield Worley in 2000, Mike has been at the forefront of implementing
our business diversification strategy. From our first regional office, opened in
2001, he has successfully executed projects in a variety of process industries,
including wine, dairy, fertiliser and energy.

right projects and then executing them well. As we diversify into new areas we are
passionate about taking this rigour and discipline with us. We want our clients
in all sectors to get the best possible results from their projects and assets."
Mike brings to the role almost 20 years of engineering experience - from his early
career in the structural design of offshore oil and gas facilities to more recent
roles in project management and construction. Over his career, he has developed
a keen interest in architecture and aesthetics as well as the development and implementation
of alternative energy.
General Manager - North: Phil Robson
Phil was appointed in 2012 to ensure the business continued to deliver excellence
and provide integrated solutions to our customers in the Northern region. Currently
the region provides niche services to a broad customer base and he is responsible
to ensure the continued development of services and customers in the region.
"I am passionate about providing solutions that meet our customers needs when required.
This means understanding what the problem statement is and translating that into
a solution that exceeds their expectations."
Prior to joining Transfield Worley in 2008, Phil ran a diverse range of operations
and projects both locally and internationally providing him with a broad range of
skills in engineering, project management, contract establishment and operational
effectiveness. Through all of this he has learned that by fostering relationships
with both internal people and the customer, most things are achievable if everyone
works together.
General Manager - West: John Field
John joined Transfield Worley in 2012 following a stimulating 30+ year career as
a senior leader in organisations as diverse as BP Oil NZ, Te Papa, Transpower and
the NZ Aviation Industry Association. Through these executive roles, John has gained
a thorough understanding of the business value creation process from concept to
completion.
As the General Manager of our Western Operation, John is helping to grow its future
by ensuring Transfield Worley�s talented and experienced teams engage with clients
and partners to deliver the solutions required to add value to their businesses.
John is an enthusiastic advocate for strong stakeholder relationships and believes
effective communication is as important to project outcomes as technical ability.
"Only by clearly understanding our client�s business drivers and desired outcomes
can TW�s specialists work alongside its clients to deliver truly valuable outcomes.
I was attracted to Transfield Worley by its unique integrated team delivery model
and proven ability to make it work by assembling teams and partners on a 'best for
project' basis.'"
General Manager -Strategy: Stuart Dykes
Stuart is responsible for setting and implementing Transfield Worley's overall strategic
direction. He leads a team of industry sector specialists who are tasked with understanding
our markets, spotting trends and making sure that what we deliver to our customers
meets their business objectives.
Stuart's primary focus is to grow the Transfield Worley business largely through
anticipating market directions and adapting the approach accordingly. This includes:
the products and services that we offer, where we are located and what type and
amount of capability is required to fuel the growth.
"I am passionate about our vision and what it means to our people and our customers.
A key focus of my role will be to establish and strengthen the relationships we
have with our customers and partners, old and new. When the relationships are strong
then a better understanding of the desired business outcomes exists and more effectives
the solutions we provide are. "
Stuart brings to the role more than 20 years of experience in technical and leadership
roles in both the oil and gas, and food and beverage sectors. Over his career, he
has developed a keen interest in the application of science and technology to solve
problems.
General Manager - Delivery: Duncan Smith
Duncan is responsible for Transfield Worley's Business Delivery team; whose remit
is to ensure consistent delivery of our products and services across our operations.
Since joining Transfield Worley in 2002, Duncan has successfully operated in a variety
of leadership roles across the business - on long-term services contracts, major
projects, operations, business development and strategy.

business governance and, most importantly, the very best people - trained and able
to perform in the challenging project environments we face. "
Duncan brings twenty years of experience from across a range of industries including
chemicals, refining, and power generation. In addition to New Zealand, his career
has taken him to the UK, Europe, North America and Australia in diverse roles from
maintenance and operations, to engineering and project management.
Chief Financial Officer: John O'Sullivan
John joined Transfield Worley in 2011 and his responsibilities as General Manager
Commercial include the oversight of Transfield Worley's contracts/legal function
and the finance team.
"A key focus of my role is to assist TW to arrive at balanced commercial decisions.
This involves being mindful of our risks and ensuring our contractual and financial
framework is fit for purpose whilst also ensuring we are competitive and delivering
on quality and value for our clients."
John has a broad legal and commercial background. He has worked as a corporate lawyer,
both for private practice firms and as in-house counsel in the oil and gas sector.
John also has experience working as a finance professional for an integrated financial
services business and, most recently, for a large corporate bank in London.
General Manager - People: Kiri McAlister
Kiri is responsible for Transfield Worley's Human Resources Team ensuring that the
business has the right Human Resources strategies, people, processes and systems
in place to assist the business to meet its objectives.
While Kiri only joined Transfield Worley in July 2012, she has more than 20 years
of HR experience and has been in Senior Leadership roles for over 10 years. She
has worked in Australia, New Zealand and the UK in manufacturing, education, professional
services and engineering industries.
Kiri is a committed HR professional who is pragmatic, pro-active and results focused
and helps drive a business to achieve the best for its people.
